Our portfolio approach toward decarbonization brings together industry initiatives and partnerships across our value chain, clean technologies that help reduce our own environmental footprint and programs that help our customers do the same.

Because increased natural gas use contributed to a decline in U.S. CO2 emissions of more than 28% from 2000-2019, we are confident that natural gas can work together with renewables to drive even greater economy wide reductions. We work closely with our state commission to strategically invest in our infrastructure, meet or exceed regulatory requirements and work with organizations to protect and enhance the communities where we live, work and play.
