SAVE Plan
The SAVE Plan is a Virginia State Corporation Commission approved five year plan to enhance the reliability of our natural gas delivery system by accelerating the replacement of pipeline infrastructure.
The SAVE Plan Rider is designed to recover all approved SAVE Plan-related infrastructure replacement costs. The Company’s SAVE Plan Rider and all rates are approved on yearly basis by the Virginia State Corporation Commission. The current rates became effective on August 1, 2012 and will continue through July 31, 2013.

** Rates Schedules 11 and 12 will be charged the Rate Schedule 2-B’s Rider E rate if the customer annual consumption is less than 4,000 CCFs, or the Rate Schedule 2-C Rider E rate if the customer’s annual consumption is greater than 4,000 CCF.
